Request Account Deletion

Tummy Tracker (also known as NutriEdu) — Fun nutrition education for kids and families.

You can delete your Tummy Tracker account and all associated data. The easiest way is in the app (no email required).

Delete account in the app (recommended)

You can complete account deletion directly in the app with no extra steps:

  1. Open the Tummy Tracker app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings → Profile.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.

Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately. No email or registration required.

Other options: request deletion by message or email

If you prefer not to use the app, you can request deletion by contacting us:

  1. In the app: Go to Help & Support → Contact Us and send a message asking to delete your account. Include the email or username and whether to delete linked child accounts.
  2. By email: Write to martin.doychev.93@gmail.com with subject "Tummy Tracker – Account Deletion Request" and include your account email or username (and whether to delete linked child accounts).

We process these requests within 7 business days.

Data we delete

When you request account deletion, we permanently delete the following:

  • Account information: Name, email address (parents) or username (children), password, age, sex, character name, parent–child links.
  • Nutrition data: Food and water logs, nutrition goals, custom nutrition plans (if any).
  • Gamification data: Badges, streaks, collectibles, video unlocks.
  • App usage data: Notifications, push notification tokens, quiz history, analytics events.
  • Subscription information we hold (e.g. tier, dates). Note: billing and payment history stay with Google Play or Apple App Store.

Data we keep

We do not delete:

  • Anonymized feedback: Past support or feedback messages may be kept with your identity removed (e.g. for improving the app).
  • Data we must retain by law: Any information we are legally required to keep (e.g. for tax, legal claims, or regulatory reasons).
